The rooms at Bb Roma Prati are absolutely stunning! I loved the luxurious furniture and the cozy atmosphere. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch and made me feel right at home. Plus, the private bathrooms are so clean and have everything you need, from a hairdryer to toiletries. It was pure comfort and convenience for me!
I personally didn't like the period bath in the private bathroom. It's just not my style, but I'm sure others would appreciate its charm.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at Bb Roma Prati! The couple running the place were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The breakfast spread was simply amazing, I couldn't stop eating. The location was ideal, with all the major attractions within a short stroll. One of the highlights was the special surprise for my partner's birthday, with roses, chocolates, and champagne in the room. And let's not forget about Charlie, their adorable little dog who brought a smile to my face. I highly recommend this fantastic B&B!

Stayed in a fancy penthouse in an old building. Cute shared lounge for tea and coffee. Breakfast had deli meats, fruit, pastries, and yogurt. Free wifi in public areas. Great location in Vatican City-Prati district.
Bathing next to the bed with no shower curtain was a delightful experience.

Personally, I didn't fancy the bidet in the private bathroom, but others might appreciate it.

bb roma prati was a delightful surprise. after a disappointing previous stay in rome, the friendly owner, georgia, made us feel at home. the central location and the original lift leading to the beautiful terrace were highlights. the breakfast café was a popular spot for locals, adding to the authentic experience.
Signage could be improved.

The owners of the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for the city. The accommodation itself was spacious and authentic, giving a true Italian experience. the location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation.
The breakfast offered at a nearby café was quite basic, consisting only of coffee and croissants. It would have been nice to have more variety and options available.

I had a great value for my money at Bb Roma Prati. The room was spacious and even better than the photos. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff, especially Georgina, were incredibly kind and welcoming.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering some savory options alongside the hot drink and pastries.
